The installation process takes just minutes in the shop, and once in the room, the bed can be assembled or disassembled in seconds.

This hardware is heavy duty and built to last! It is 1/8" thick and 5 3/16" tall, making it strong enough to withstand the stresses placed on the joint when the headboard is leaned on. Experienced cabinetmakers know that investing in quality hardware for the most important part of the bed is essential.

To install the hardware, start by positioning the flat members flush with the side rails and pre-drilling the inner holes. Then attach them using the 3/4" long screws. Next, position the angled members on the foot/headboard, ensuring they are in the correct distance and the teardrop is facing up. Pre-drill the inner holes and attach using the 1" long screws. Check the bed assembly and make any necessary adjustments before adding the remaining screws. Finally, secure each corner with a final screw to prevent accidental disassembly.

With this hardware, disassembling the bed is a breeze, but safety is paramount. Once the bed is in its final location, make sure to pin each corner together with a final screw to prevent unintended separation.

Included in the package are 4 flat bed rail fittings, 4 non-handed head/foot board fittings, all the necessary fasteners, and complete illustrated instructions. The installation process is easy, with no mortising required. Simply screw the hardware to your bed frame components and you're ready to go!
