To prevent dangerous restarts of a variety of devices in the workshop or on the jobsite, Safety Gate™ Professional is the solution. When there is a power supply interruption, this device prevents automatic restart by requiring the user to turn the device off and then on again using the device switch. This feature eliminates the risk of injuries caused by sudden and unwanted restarts, as it prevents tools from coming back on at undesirable times. Safety Gate™ Professional Retrofit meets OSHA, NFPA, and CSA standards for restart protection with power tools and other high-capacity devices commonly found in the workplace. It has a maximum rating of 15 amps.
